9. Service Terms

Client Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information during registration and assessments
Attend scheduled sessions on time
Provide 48 hours notice for cancellations
Follow therapist recommendations for home support

SpecBrains Responsibilities:

Provide professional, evidence-based therapy and education
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
Communicate progress regularly with families
Maintain safe, clean, and supportive environment

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Program fees are non-refundable. However, cancellations made 48 hours in advance will not incur charges for that session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours may result in session charges.
